කැළණිය විශ්ව විද්‍යාලීය Rotract සංවිධානයේ SOCIOSPIRING කණ්ඩායමේ ව්‍යාපෘතියක් ලෙස දිරිමත් තාරුණ්‍යයක් - සවිමත් රටක් යන අරමුණ පෙර දැරිව "ප්‍රතිෂ්ඨා" යන මැයෙන් සංවිධානය කෙරුණු අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ හා අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ අපේක්ෂිත ප්‍රතිඵල මට්ටම් කරා ළඟාවීමට නොහැකි වූ සිසු සිසුවියන් අනාගත වැඩ ලෝකයේ වෘත්තීන් සඳහා දිශාමුඛ කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන් මාලාව 2022 ක් වූ පසුගිය අප්‍රේල් මස 23 වන දින රත්නපුර සීවලී විද්‍යාලයේදී පැවැත්විණි. මෙහිදී විවිධ පාර්ශව සම්පත් දායකයන් ලෙස මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගී වූ අතර ලංකා වෘත්තීය මාර්ගොපදේශන සංගමයද කැළණිය විශ්ව විද්‍යාලීය Rotract සංවිධානයේ ආරාධනයෙන් "වෘත්තීය යතුර" මනෝමිතික පරීක්ෂණය ආශ්‍රයෙන් දරුවන් අධ්‍යයනය කර ඔවුන් වෙත වෘත්තීය පාඨමාලා පිළිබඳ අවබෝධ ලබා දීම සිදු කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩසටහන සම්බන්ධයෙන් පාසලේ ගුරුභවතුන් මෙන්ම දරුවගේ දෙමව්පියන්ද ප්‍රසංශනීය අදහස් දැක්වූ අතර, රත්නපුර සීවලී විද්‍යාලයේ වත්මන් විද්‍යාලාදීපති කපිතාන්. නීල් වතුකාරවත්ත මහතා ද මෙවන් වැඩසටහනක අවශ්‍යතාවය පෙන්වා දෙමින් බෙහෙවින්ම අගය කොට දක්වන ලදී. එමෙන්ම මෙම වෘත්තීය මාර්ගොපදේශන වැඩසටහන සාර්ථකව සි...

Due to the recent G.C.E. Ordinary Level exam, the need for professional counsellors has increased. Our Association acted as a responsible party for years who successively implants professional guidance to the students for select A/L subjects with a correct analysis. As the lead association in the country for career guidance, we had planned to increase counsellors' skills through online training. With a proper demonstration of the streams in the Advance Level and the subjects that can be chosen within the circle as well as out of the circle.  The training was held on 9th June 2022. The training was free for the members of the CCGA. Also, open to career guidance professionals, who use 'Career Key' as the analysing tool for guidance.
